W zeszłym tygodniu stacja CW zaprezentowała pilot nowego serialu Star-Crossed.Obejrzałem pierwszy odcinek z ciekawości, bo bardzo skojarzył mi się z Roswell, ale po kolei...
Fabuła: W 2013 roku z niewiadomych przyczyn na Ziemi rozbijają się Obcy. Wskutek dużego napięcia dochodzi między nimi a ludźmi do walki. W trakcie walki ucieka mały chłopiec - Roman, który przez krótki okres czasu dostaje się pod opiekę 6 letniej Emery. Po przegranej walce Obcy zostają zamknięci w specjalnie wydzielonych strefach i pozbawieni kontaktu z ludźmi. Emery nie wie co się stało z chłopcem, którego zabrało wojsko.
Po dziesięciu latach grupa młodych Obcych dostają szansę uczenia się w szkole średniej, ale są pod specjalnym nadzorem. Jeden z Obcych to uratowany przez Emery chłopak i tak to się zaczyna...
Serial nawiązuje do filmu Dystrykt 9. Niestety pierwszy odcinek póki co był nijaki. Wiemy że Emery i Roman czują coś do siebie. Pojawia się wątek buntu wśród Obcych oraz problemy nastolatków w szkole, gdzie Obcy nie są mile widziani. Na razie jest to dość infantylne, a po stacji która kręci Supernatural oraz The Vampires Diaries spodziewałem się więcej akcji.
Oglądając serial nie mogłem się powstrzymać o porównań do Roswell:
- rozbicie statku Obcych
- główna bohaterka to ładna brunetka (stacja CW gustuje w bardzo podobnym typie i Emery wygląda jak Elena) w stylu Liz Parker (grzeczna córeczka tatusia)
- Obcy to Atrianie (do Antaru rzut beretem)
- główni bohaterowie poznają się jako dzieci
- przyjaciel Romana jest równie porywczy jak Michael Guerin
- jest szeryf
